BUG: Number of Summon Specters

Hey everyone,

This is my first poe season, and I am having issues with my minion build. I am currently at 4 spectres with my build, however I can only summon 3 while I have this equipped.

(2)- level 20 Summon Spectre gem
(1)- bones of Ullr
(1)- death attunement (anointed on amulet)

If I take the boots or the amulet off, I lose a spectre, so would that mean the gem is not actually letting me summon 2? Getting the 4th would be a huge DPS upgrade, so could anyone help me, cause I might just be missing something.

Edit: I know this is not the right spot for this post, my bad

The spectre gem gives 2 spectres, the death attunement gives 1, and the boots only give your gem 1 level, not one additional spectre, you would need to get raise spectre to level 25 to get the 3rd from the gem
