Minimalistic Arcane Sanctuary-like hideout.
Alva/Jun/Niko's portals are not blocked and available.

MTX: Stygian Steed x3, I also plan to add one red steed. You can replace the Steeds with any pet or decoration of your choice, i.e. altars from Primeval set or some trees.
