Add foley SFX to NPC dialogue
There are several pieces of NPC dialogue where a quest giver has just been given an item, for example when Kurai receives "O, Eternal." She spends some time handling the book and reads an inscription off it, but there's no audible evidence of her manipulating the artefact itself. Adding a bit of extra sound to this exchange should only take a couple of minutes in the recording studio, and you can re-use it for other localizations.
Other NPC interactions where this could work include Dialla's fetch quests in act 3, the medicine chest in act 1, and Hargan receiving the platinum busts in act 3. Superb idea, theres a whole presentation of foley work done by Capcom for resident evil, suggest a watch, subscribed the topic (at least will try :) ).
