[3.12] The Eternal Apple Chieftain - Slam made easy

Slam is very good numerically but kinda a pain to manage and juggle 3 different slams, so after looking up this thread https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2964941

I put together a chieftain version that is very much (in my opinion) superior to the zerker and champion version.

Everything is automated, you just need to press infernal cry to proc all the other warcries, and slam away.

POB shows 18.6m per slam, but the way POB calculates the slam damage is using average, which is a shitty way of playing.

We should aim to exert every attack and utilize fist of war as well.

The actual slam damage is not 18.6m, but 32.2m (last seismic buff, intimidating, infernal cry, rallying cry, and also fist of war).
