[3.13] Fire Cyclone Build | Chieftain | Ritual | Path of Exile 3.13

Hey guys, Nghamau's Flame Cyclone build is here. This is my second and last delve build and it was really fun to play I wish I had better items. Couldn't even find a 6 link body armour. I had tabula but didn't wanna use it after level 90. Crit version would be better but you have to deal with accuracy and have to get crit nodes. That's why I took Resolute Technique.

isnt this video only entry lvl delve though? cant we see something from a red map? or shaper/elder? i honestly dont think that wep can do endgame content now.
