Celestial Caustic Arrow lingering effect is too small

Celestial Caustic Arrow's lingering effect doesn't match the Caustic Ground area, but instead it is the same size as the Initial Hit area. The actual damaging areas are unaffected, it's just visual.

I don't have Tentacle Caustic Arrow, but I hear it has this discrepancy, too.

Otherwise it looks awesome A+
