New player need help understanding poe.ninja build

Hi,

I'm a relatively new player and need help understanding how this player has almost 18 more passive skill points than me even though im level 92 in game vs this guy is lvl 98. Shouldn't i only be 6 points behind him?

i do have the points from the ascendancy tree as well, as well as the passive skill point quests thru story + bandits skill points

you get 2 passives for helping eramir instead of any of the bandits, the rest im not sure about

I'm relatively new to game as well. I have seen this on another build I was looking at on poe ninja. His build had 6 more points than the 123 cap giving him 129. How is this possible?

Might have been a Scion since she gets 128 passives due to their ascendancy.

If it wasn't a Scion and you imported it from poe.ninja it is usually because POB automatically allocates all passives from Cluster Jewels, which in reality is not the case.
