SSD and RAM

Hello guys, please help me to choose SSD and RAM. Which component has better value for money? If it is worth to pay more for second option or I will not see any difference, please tell me.

I have:
CPU: Ryzen 3600
GPU: 1060 3GB

1) SSD. Will be the second one overkill and I don't need to invest much money?
- SSD Kingston A2000 SA2000M8/500G M.2 2280 SATA3 R2200MB/s W2000MB/s 70USD
- SSD, Kingston, SKC2500M8/500G, M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0x4 R3500MB/s W2500MB/s 110USD

2) RAM
- 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz Crucial PC4-25600 CL22 NON-ECC 1.2V CT16G4DFRA32A 162 USD
- 2x8GB DDR4 3600MHz Crucial Ballistix Gaming RED PC4-28800 1.35V BL16G36C16U4R 194 USD

your bottleneck will be GPU. you wont see difference in games from those option because your GPU is not going to be able to keep up.

New ryzen CPU can benefit a lot from higher clock speed memory but also latencies are very important

For SSD if your motherboard dont support PCIe gen4 you dont need gen4 SSD.
Thank you for the answer, my motherboard:
ASRock B450 PRO4 AM4 4xDDR4 6xSATA3 1xUM.2 1xM.2 D-Sub+HDMI+DP ATX

Regarding graphic card I have 1060 3GB and there are no cards on the market right now (due to boom of cryptocurrencies), so I leave it for a new PC. But I plan to buy 1070 or Vega 56. Or could you recommend me please any card for my pc build?
I <3 my Samsung SSD 970 Evo. Best investment in years.
If you don't yet run the game on an SSD get one.

If u need every dollar, than SSD is good enough. I have both and I can see no difference on i7 9700k - I use it only for entertainment - games, moviec, web, music etc.

For your CPU exactly 3600mhz ram for sure, otherwise 3200mhz CL16 (ideal 14CL). Before buy check if your mobo supports that memory.

Get m.2 256g, its like... 50 bucks. Your game and OS can be installed on it... it's a huge diference in load times.

I'd buy Crucial memory and Samsung 980 pro is best SSD. But honestly I don't think it makes a difference. Game is not programmed well and none of that will help much. Like I have 64 GB of memory and it doesnt keep anything in it like going map to Hideout and back again. Sits at 8 GB used always - when it could use all 64 GB predicting you may go back to HO and predict other things and leave it in memory which is 100x faster than SSD. I won't even get into load times and stuff.
Git R Dun!
