The sound of constantly losing inspiration charges is annoying!

Decided to play a bit on my good, old Harvest character that sat abandoned on std.

I don't know what was changed, but it now constantly loses inspiration charges. Naturally, when they are lost, the game produces the most annoying sound ever (they are lost every cast once indigon starts going). Wouldn't be surprised if it's also related to the odd fact that indigon now affects mana reservation of mine skills).

EDIT: found out that mines now have a base mana cost as well. Sigh.

We need an option to disable those sound effects.
