I am looking for assistance with my build. I am in standard league as an FYI just in case that matters. The pastebin is listed below. Please feel free to recommend slight changes or entire gear swaps. I am stuck in a rut not being able to do enough damage while not being able to survive long enough. Additionally, I am still taking damage against targets I am leeching against which is frustrating. Go crazy.
