It still has a few days to get stronger, and it's close enough with not enough else going on to change its course much. But as backwards as it is, we need it to come anyway. The spring rainy season and typhoons are where we get most of our water supplies from, and there hasn't been enough of either the last few years. So it's kind of a good news bad news deal.
