Manabond cannot be supported by Cast When Damage Taken.

CWDT says that it cannot support trap, mine, or totem skills, and that channeling skills, Vaal skills, and skills with a reservation cannot be triggered.

Manabond linked with CWDT and nothing else does not seem to fall under any of those categories, though it does have a 5% mana *cost*, which obviously is not the same as reservation. Manabond itself also does not seem to have any restriction on supports built into the tooltip. Does the 'Arcane' skill tag have to do with this?

The 'supportable skills' tooltip also indicates that Manabond cannot be supported by CWDT, but neither skill's tooltip indicates that this should be the case.
