Olroth's resolve and flask effectiveness

Hello,

Is it intended that Flasks applied to you have increased effect passives affect olroth's resolve's less ward during flask effect modifier?

I know these passives usually apply to all unique mods of flasks, but this seems unintended in this case.

I would also appreciate clarification on this matter, the current interaction makes this flask quite mediocre and awkward to use.

Flask effect scales all of the effects of a flask, even things that could be considered detrimental.
