More textures quality options / Sharpening filter

I came back to the game after a long time and textures feel a bit blurry even with texture quality at max. The VRAM usage also seems to be very low(less than 2GB).
I added a sharpening filter through the NVIDIA panel and the difference was substantially better with it.
Is it possible to have a sharpening slider at game settings? I feel other players would also appreciate this feature a lot.
