Eater of Worlds Map Decals are too bright



When playing eater of worlds maps it feels like the influence decals in the map are too bright, dominant and flat shaded. they provide alot of visual clutter making it hard to see anything, mostly because it is in stark contrast to the natural color palette of most maps. bright cyan vs. natural dark greens and browns.

I think it would be better for visual clarity aswell as artistic integrity if the shader for the map decals were darker and more 'wet' and shiny/bubbly looking.

This is very notincable in bright maps like mesa, dunes, desert, wasteland where the shader looks flat and almost cartoonish. it does not blend very well and to be bland it looks very ugly.
