full skill tree reset disappeared

Hi there

I've been holding off my full skill tree reset until i have all the right gear for a new build.
Upon deciding it's time, i find there is no longer a skill tree reset option.

does this option time out at all?

it's going to take a hell of a lot of regrets to remove my entire tree, but i shouldn't need to since we have a skill reset, however mine has suddenly disappeared.

ive tried logging in and out, cleared my cache too.
nothing changes the fact that it has disappeared from my account.
(and before you ask, no i haven't used it already)

It is one time use

If you allocate more passive skill node before rest, the one time use will be voided
