Booted from map to login screen, all portals and map gone (PS4)

As the title says, was running a fresh Flooded Mines with four scarabs. I had just entered a delirium mirror that spawned (side note, sound desync upon starting a zone has been really bad and also lags everything, just in case that's related) and cleared maybe 3 packs before the game froze up and booted me back to login. No message was even on the screen to say an unexpected disconnection or anything. Went back to my hideout, no portals left at all.
