Xbox series X unable to install Patches “clear some space on internal storage” 238mb

This is getting monotonous and have complained before as well as written to support email.
I am told the patch cannot be installed as I lack exactly 238.8 mb on internal storage. I have >100GB free. I have googled this to death with not help. Only happens with POE not other games, and on,h on Xbox series x not my old Xbox s.

This is third time it has occurred, once each recent patch. Always demands this 238.8mb. Only solution is to redownload entire game, and this of course takes hours

Do you have an external hard drive as well? You can see how much space is on either but selecting the corner button
