xbox series s. game is not properly shutting down anymore when quitting game

the game is now going into a semi dormant state when i close it. i do not do anything but use quit from the xbox menu. when the game restarts it shows me a cap of the screen i left (my hideout) ingame before it shuts down then restarts again. this started happening after being in a 100 quant 3 sextant and juiced map shut my xbox down. it literally froze with the buzzsaw sound then my xbox shut off and wouldnt restart for a few minutes.
my game now stutters, drops frames. my minions dont walk they teleport due to not enough frames.
also there was some kind of message about the game being suspended... i got this AFTER i restarted my xbox. there is no way the game should have been running still.

im reinstalling to see if it fixes it...
