how can i buy coins to purchase stash tabs

my psn account is linked to Russian Federation and Sony restricted access for all russians accounts to psn site and play store on ps5. because of this i am unable to login to psn site/poe site or ps store as well. how can i buy coins in this situation?

I would assume that you basically can't.

If you're physically outside Russia, you could open a new PSN account for the region you're currently in, but obviously nothing you currently have (in PoE or even ownership of digitally purchased games) would transfer over.

The only way to buy points for the Playstation version of the game is through PSN. You can buy them through the in-game store, or directly on the Playstation store. But neither of those will work if your account can't make PSN purchases due to you region.
