Impossible To Regain Full Health - Playstation 4 - Reference #531466286

My character currently has 2068 health total. The maximum amount of health I am able to recover is 2067. It does not matter how much total health I have, I am always one health point short of full life. This is a problem because of passives such as Gladiator's Perseverance.
