Can’t join any group. Game crashes trying to buy supporter pack (Xbox series X)

For 2 weeks I haven’t been able to join or invite people in groups. The only person I can join a group with is my brother who is on the same internet connection. Also, every time I try to buy the supporter pack I’ve been wanting, the game just crashes. No group play at all and no spending money on the game which is extremely annoying. I’ve re installed the game and restarted my router and nothing seems to work. I can’t join party chat and games through Xbox live. It seems to be a path of exile only problem. Please help!
