how to remap the A button so it doesnt click on everything constantly when trying to use a skill????

let us shut it off somehow.... i dont want to use it while mapping to pick up or interact with things. i have a skill on it. its there to map a skill on yet a lot of the time it doesnt work, instead it interacts with the league mechanic... the league mechanic that we were told would was being mapped to the new buttons. yet its not... but its still in the patch notes as league mechanics on new unchangable button maps...
