Kirac's Dialgue Scroll Bar Doesn't Scroll

Just as the title says, I went to see what Kirac had to say, and as I scrolled down the list of Dialogue options, the "A" option kept going down the list, but the scroll bar didn't let me see what I had highlighted. I don't think I tried hitting "A" on an option I couldn't see though.
