Visual pop up bug on gem level

Leveling bane in party with lower level to prevent exp penalty on im level 79 lowest party member was 53 at the time i believe in act 8 i think it did this before on the last level up of the gem also but i wasnt sure.

I know it said the correct tool tip pop up when i leveled it solo out of group so could have something to do with the lowering of level to avoid xp penalty

I am on ps5 playing with 2 people on ps4s

So quick update it said the same thing to me solo this morning when i leveled bane up
