infinite untargettable archnemesis encounter

The archnemesis recipe Mirror Image, Rejuvinating, Necromancer, Empowering Minions led to an untargettable Archnemesis monster that infinitely spawned corpses. Leaving the zone and re-entering did not do anything. I have attached a video:

I tried for about 10 minutes to find a workaround or figure out if I just did something wrong. It is hard to see but there is a monster with a yellow aura resurrecting the minions. That monster has no health bar and is untargettable.
