[PS4] Portal = blue screen crash AND black Fog reappearing

I am playing on PS4 (normal version, not the pro one)
The game is in English.

1- The game crash very often when going back to the hideout.
It's really annoying.
A big blue screen crash. I have to reload the game, the character, go to the hideout and finally back to my map

2- Back to a map, the war fog is fully loaded like in the beginning of the map.
The fog is bag, even with no crash.
If I leave the map (death, to sell, to empty my stash), when I go back to a map, the fog is reset.

yeah, im having a very similar issue. on the known issues they state a crash upon leaving a 5 way or simulacrum, but for me its after nearly every map. just came back yesterday from playing elden ring since launch. this may be a reason to stop playing the league, since they said they may not have a fix until next league launch. definitely seems like one of the worst bugs since heist league launch....

The fog issue can very likely be fixed by a full reinstall of the game.

The crashing is a different matter.
