about variative sound option

I play in PoE more 7k hours. I have smallbig confuse) small problem about variable sounds options in game.
Im talk about i love sound in game when i take and put item our when my lootfilter boom our when debuff sound signal me hey dude use flask!
BUT when my character get damage i lisen: AH OUCH ah Uh ah Brhh Oh Auu Ea ah Br Kh ah Jhi oh Aiii oi ah ih ah ai Oh ah yew whty Oh Ah Grhh Ahm aii ouuy
oh holy cow how WHY I CANT OF THAT PACKS SOUND WHYYYY ITS TERRBLE FOR ME
