Needing help on my first CoC Build

So, I am trying to make a build that will be dual wielding the Cospri's Malice. One for Frostbolt and the other for Freezing Pulse. Trying to setup the passive tree atm, but I cant decide what I need to get rid of :/ Right now I am at 144 points outta 128 points. Im trying to make it a bit tankier as well.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should remove from the passive tree?
