Lightning to cold Crackling lance "Pluto electric vehicle"

Just thought it'd be fun to try doing cold dmg with crack lance. It seems like there aren't many options in the lightning-cold game (hope that changes) but I think it'll end up fun or at least interesting regardless.

cool but... conversion is meaningless and will make you weaker unless you want to abuse something like eternity shroud or harness the void
