RMT Service

Don't take this the wrong way but if you're a mod and answer supply a source or don't answer as this is mainly a developer question.
In another thread a question was brought up about banning for using an RMT service. With people claiming one could be banned for using an RMT with others saying not for using but for running. Is it possible for GGG to make its opinion known on this issue? I know GGG is against pay to win BUT that doesn't stop the proliferation of sites selling orbs. I don't know how many people use them but I know some must or they wouldn't exist. I also posted this here as it is directly account related. Crafting doesn't exist in POE. Gambling does...and the house always wins.

Hi there,
RMT/RWT are highly illegal at Path of Exile. These systems contribute toward a pay to win mentality which is something GGG are explicitly against. If any player is found to be participating in RWT in any way, whether they are buying, selling or providing to this service they will be banned for this offense. I hope this helps! Also note that trading for any external goods or services can be classified as RMT. The specific example listed in the rules is that d2jsp forum gold trades are not allowed, and will result in a ban if proven.
