Game crashing on start

Everytime i try to open the POE app on steam, it keeps crashing without even the main menu loading. There's a black screen for a couple of seconds and then crashes. The game was working fine until yesterday. After restarting my system this issue started occurring.
Please find the list of what i tried below: 1. Cleared the cache 2. Verified the integrity of POE 3. Reinstalled the game 4. Restarted my laptop multiple times 5. Checked if drivers are up to date 6. Even updated POE to the latest version 7. Exclude the game from the windows firewall I'm not sure how to fix the issue, please look into the issue. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ISSUE FIXED, It was done by disable enhanced audio options. Where did you disable this option? In game settings somehow? I am seeing the same problem starting today, while it was working perfectly yesterday.

Stand alone client or steam ? I also have this problem since today and this didnt help sadly. im using steam but ill give the stand alone client a chance

I solved my problem (same as described above) by using Dx12, the game defaults to Dx11. After changing to Dx12 game runs beautifully. I could open it last week no problem don't know why this is suddenly an issue.
