21% MoM body armour with haunted mana recoup mod (rest same as current, maybe legacy suppress). Edit1 Ripped all of my bases (5 MoM explicit and 10+ MoM implicits). Edit2 bought more bases, but only 1 es and 1 es/armour bases with implicits (rest don't have es).
New plan: fracturing prefix MoM, essence reduced crit per EC, int, mana, veiled %mana, crafted recovery on focus.

Arcane cloak enchantment with crusader/warlord influence: haunted mana, +1PC, (elevated) %mana, and int, (elevated) -res.

Stygian with legacy mana recovery rate, mana and flask mods.
