change email

Hello,
it's a bit weird... I don't have access to my email anymore so I can't sync this account to my steam account to play the game over steam. I contacted the supports to let them change it to a new email... but no... "there is insufficient information to return this account to you" - answered they. Is there any chance to change my email?
