Help and Information - Banned by mistake. Reason: "Too many accounts" - Forum

Hello everyone. I am more than sure that I was banned by accident, because I have only one account in the game and I only played with it. Account registration was on Steam, I played only from this platform. Please help me. (I'm not a bot!!)
