after new patch tonight i try to load in a character

Same here, can't play the game at all after patch. Just updated my drivers and still have the same issue.

Same error in towns. Probably something with the change to loading character mtx.

i crash during loading screen to town or like 2-3 seconds after it |

I get this very badly in Act 6 town starting today. Also, I had it occur when traveling to an individual player's hideout to make a trade.
I am on the steam client. |

I keep crashing randomly whenever I portal back to town. Happens every so often but it's getting annoying having to re launch the game and log back in...

anyone found a fix? im getting the same on vulcan, however my game is unplayable in direct x
