The GPU device instance has been suspended

I'm getting this error since yesterday https://i.imgur.com/tW6vWAg.png, it is happening every 3 to 5 minutes in game so game is totally unplayable, do anyone know how to fix this

My pc is:

GPU: Radeon RX 590 fatboy

CPU: i7-4770 CPU

8gb ram

I didnt change anything in my setup so its def fault of some recent update as i was able to play normally in recent weeks without any crashes.
