pros:
- very smooth scaling. 1 million DPS per divine invested
200k DPS on 6c (crown of eyes + thunderfist)
2mil DPS on 2 div (https://reddit.com/comments/16e8gby/_/k02y0g9)
5mil DPS on 4 div (see "total cost" at the bottom)
- best clear in the game outside of asenath's chant lightning warp
- much better single-target than other projectile attack builds at 0-4 divine investment
- one step ahead ascendancy just feels great

cons:
- squishy
- need to be familiar with weighted sum search to buy jewels
- need to level as something else (this guide uses frost blades)
- other than swapping to int-stacking assassin, doesn't scale past 10 divines
- no eldritch implicits

don't use nightblade until you are critting frequently
trinity is finnicky

kinetic blast:
until you get anomalous KB (2 div), you probably want fork or pierce
divergent returning proj works well with anom KB
innervation helps power siphon damage at the cost of clear

power siphon:
anomalous PS (30c) is great value for DPS
anomalous barrage (15c) helps with tough rares

gear:

wand: local crit and attack speed are very important
buy one with either fractured and then use essences of wrath until you get the other (crit, atk speed) or spell damage. clean, then multimod

shield: prioritize spell damage. atziri's reflection (1 div) is an option

jewels: you only need 5 murderous eye jewels and 1 magic for tecrod's gaze
the most important mod is attack speed if you've crit recently. add the custom modifier from the PoB to your config to get the checkbox, then check it
use weighted sum search ("trade for these items" button, sort by sum) to find jewels

large cluster: crown of eyes makes spell damage quite good. essence rush is the best notable by far
the real value is the 2 sockets, but voices is too expensive

watcher's eye: wrath lightning pen is still very good, even with shroud of the lightless
prioritize that first, then upgrade to one that also has precision attack speed later

we get 100% crit chance pretty easily, so we're not interested in opportunistic fullisade, diamond flask, etc.
