My account is banned
I remember the last time I went into the game to play an event was November 12th and then because of work, on November 27th I logged in on the website and saw that my account was banned "Reason: "Third Party Software" Started: Nov 23, 2023, 10:04:12 AM"
My account was banned during the time I didn't play the game. I sent an email to support and asked them to check to see if there was any mistake here, but I waited a whole week and didn't get a response. Today I got it. When I sent an email back, they said my account was permanently banned for violating the game's terms. My account was created in 2016, I've played through many seasons, it's still the same poe game installer, it's still the same PC, but this season it's unclear how the game is updated, every time I go to play there's a phenomenon where the CPU ms is too high. causing the FPS to drop, making my game experience bad... laggy, laggy. I looked for the reason on google and found out that it's because of "Engine Multithreading enabled". If I turn it off, the CPU ms is normal but my FPS is reduced. When I turn it on, when I enter the game, sometimes the CPU ms is very high, causing the game to lag and stutter. when playing (machine configuration z420, e5-2696v2, GPU rx570-8g) I discovered that this is not the case every time I open the game, so I turn the game on and off continuously so that when my CPU doesn't drop, I can have a good game experience.
