Account Unlock delay

Hi there, sorry about this, but i'am trying to unlock my main account at this point for almost 2 week (9 days in total) , and every time you guys send a email, i answer instantly and i wait 1,5 / 2 days.
Btw my account was locked cause my steam was invaded and i solved this before the lockdown, but my points was stolen, they Joined in another guild and donatade 2066 points, and i was trying to retrive this points... But the guys in the support just thought it still compromised even with me saying "ITS SAFE NOW, I SOLVED THIS" and sending the prints on steam reports about the invasion and problem solved.... The question is: CAN i Have my points back and my account unlocked faster? i want so bad to play this league... Thanks for the answer but about the points, can we retrive them?
about the account unlock: i see and understand. actually i think i made this post to confort my mind about it, i love this game and dont want to feel frustrated with account issues. |
