I've redeemed the Ice Tiger Pet but it didn't shown up in my pets tabs.

Can confirm I'm affected by this also, others in global mentioning the same problem.

try to disconnect your connection and reconnect it

As simonduun has suggested, could you please try unlinking your Path of Exile account from Twitch, then re-linking your accounts. You can do this here: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections
