Help and Information - Carrion Golem lvl 20 + gemcutter recipe doesnt work. - Forum

Hey there. Noticed that the lvl 20 Carrion Golem + gemcutter recipe doesnt work for me. I dont really know if it is intended but i didnt found anything about this. This was a change made in the 3.23 patch, you can read the patch notes here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3451455 " The vendor recipe for turning a Level 20 Gem into a 20% Quality Level 1 version of that Gem no longer works with Skill Gems, as the benefit Quality provides to damage dealing Skills is now more powerful.
