GGG Support

Hello GGGG,

I found my account had been locked on Friday when I downloaded the updated client for the new league. Upon attempting to log in I realized I had forgotten my password.

I successfully reset my password but found I was unable to access my account, it had been locked and I would need to be contact support.

I contact support on late on Friday evening and recieved a very quick response asking for account details and character names so I may have my account unlocked.

It has now bee 2 days and I have not received a response from support.

I could make another account, what I did have on there was little in the way of characters, but if you are going to keep the account locked then I would like the opportunity to make a new account and request a refund for all purchased cosmetics and tab unlocks.

I would like the funds spend to be added to a new account. Then I would be able to play PoE and the current season.

I appreciate that support most likely did not make these mass changes to lock accounts.

I am frustrated that I put the weekend away for the new seasopn with friends and find out that, hey good for you but it was a waste of time. They are going to be 2+ days ahead of me because someone made a security choice that from what I have seen on the forums has effected many.

Grinding Gear Games dropped the ball on this one.
