Building supplies building bug or scam?!

Hi dear PoE community <3
I bought the 150€ core supporter pack because Devs are doing such great work over the years <3 And with the coins I bought some mystery boxes. In which I got two nice "Heritage building supplies" and "Nightfall building supplies".Theyre walls corners etc to build structures, really nice ! BUT, somehow I can only place one single item, which doesnt make sense at all. The material parts are clearly ment to build with them and it even says "building supplies", so what am I doing wrong? Iam looking forward to build my Hideout with them :) How do I put more pieces to build? One box = one item = one use. That's the way the building supplies work.

Thats such a scam in my opinion! These pieces are ment to build with them which you cant if you dont spend a lot of money! Getting them in a lootbox is a big "L" (shit on) for everybody who spend its money on them, Iam rly happy what GG achieved over the years with PoE thats why I bought a core supporter pack and spend a lot of money on the game but this is simply EXTREMELY customer unfriendly and damages GGGs reputation.

I also made this mistake. The description says "Building Supplies". It's obviously confusing and misleading for the casual player. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game and this is the first time I have felt robbed. Hopefully the descriptions are updated so nobody else makes this honest mistake.

#Metoo, in the past. Managed to refund this purchase via support, you can try that too. If I remember correctly, support guy found my request pretty funny, as if this is okay to sell tiny static wall pieces one by one, when their intended use (based on GGG's own promo videos from shop) is full area decorating, lol.
Maybe someone found an aesthetically pleasing way to proudly present 1 building supply in their hideout, would like to see that:) |
