Invitation I picked up has gone missing

I'm sorry if this sounds stupid, but I killed minotaur with maven witness, and maven dropped a formed invitation. I remember picking it up and price checking it. Later I did some other league mechanics in map.
After the map, I transferred most of the stuff to stash. And I can't find the invitation now anywhere. Please see attached screenshot. The item on cursor that's deleted was a unique belt.  Last bumped on Jan 2, 2024, 12:09:46 PM

To add to this, Maven is not dropping 10 boss fight invitation. I just completed my 10th boss. Am I missing something?

Hi, please ignore the first question on missing formed invitation. I found that there is a separate tab for maven invitations in fragment tab :)
Can we look into the issue where 10 boss invitation is not dropping? | |
