Question about Contents of Affliction Mystery Box

Back when the Mystery Boxes were launched, there was a saying everywhere that every piece of microtransaction there would be launched after some time on the stores.

Does it still apply to nowadays? Is every piece of the current Mystery Box come to the stores someday? Or is there any possibility of stuff there being a one-time only item?
