Vortex / Vortex of Projection Unsupportable by Unleash

Hi,
Can someone help me understand why Vortex and Vortex of Projection cannot be supported by Unleash? Now that Vortex does not have a cooldown, it no longer matches any of the restrictions for Unleash and seems like it should be supportable. Last bumped on Jan 14, 2024, 7:50:44 AM

post it in bug report. It may due to the devs forget removing the cooldown and also the support gem restriction
