Heist struggles - Minion build help please

I die in heists 10 levels below me - I am using zombies and 3 carrion golems (and 3 specters which are now just carnage chieftans).

The storyline is easy - the minions destroy everything. But Heists I die.

Is there anything basic I need to improve so I can actually do okay in maps later - or am I too far badly speccd that it is pointless?

If it helps, I like minion builds as I can not do fast, multiple clicks etc.
