Monster skills that cannot be dodged, evaded, blocked, or suppressed

I believe monster skills that cannot be dodged, evaded, blocked, or suppressed present an issue. I am referring here to skills with modifiers like "Enemy Block Chance reduced by 1000% against this Skill" that would be expected to be blockable otherwise, etc.

Essentially, they resemble past instances of ailment immunity. Builds focused on these defensive layers are suddenly penalized compared to those focusing on other layers, without a clear reason.

The game does not even inform players about the possibility of monsters possessing these abilities. Moreover, they can vary between non-uber and uber bosses, further adding to the confusion.

Ya I didn't know till last league that exarch balls weren't able to be suppressed. I just see that its a spell.
it also goes the other way too sometimes where if you allow a certain powerful defense against a given mechanic then it becomes mandatory to have it to fight that boss because its such an advantage.
