Missing voidstone. Not with kerek

I'm missing my maven voidstone. I spoke with kerek he says thanks but I never receive my voidstone, nor did it drop from maven.

There should be a specific dialog option with Kirak to retrieve your voidstone(s). Not just clicking on him, but choose that option.
The other place to look is the "storage" area on the left side of the Atlas. | |

Double checked both places no voidstone. I will complete another 10 maven quest things and see if it drops.

I completed another maven still no voidstone...do I have to collect all 10 Cresent splinters to get it? I thought you got it after first complete. I have 3 splinters before voidstone.
